A mid-size crossover SUV, the Toyota Venza had a short hiatus, but come back in 2021 as an all-new design with a 2.5L hybrid-only powertrain. It's smaller than a RAV4 and has seating for 5. Electric On-Demand AWD is standard on all three trim levels which are; LE, XLE, and Limited. Also standard on all trims is a height-adjustable hands-free power liftgate, and Qi-compatible wireless charging for a smartphone. EPA estimated fuel economy is 40 mpg in the city, 37 mpg highway, and 39 mpg combined. With regards to safety, the 2021 Toyota Venza gets a 5-start overall rating from the NHTSA. Car and Driver say the coolest feature is the Star Gaze™ Fixed Panoramic Roof with On/Off Control and Power Sunshade.
C-HR

RAV4
A compact SUV, the Toyota RAV4 is available in AWD, seats 5, and gets a 5-star overall safety rating. Powertrain options include a hybrid, a plug-in hybrid, or a 2.5-liter gasoline engine. Highlander
A mid-size SUV, the Toyota Highlander is bigger than a RAV4 and has seating for up to 7 or 8 people with a 3rd row. The NHTSA awards the Highlander a 5-star overall rating for safety. Redesigned from the ground up in 2020, it offers best-in-class MPG for hybrid models and the largest-in-segment 12.3" multimedia display (available option). Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 is standard and new available dynamic torque vectoring AWD with Driveline Disconnect and Multi-Terrain Select. EPA estimated fuel economy for the 2021 Toyota Highlander with the 3.5L automatic AWD is 27 mpg on the highway, 20 mpg in the city, and 23 mpg combined, while the AWD 2.5L hybrid version is 35 mpg highway, 35 mpg city, and 35 mpg combined.
4Runner
A Wyoming favorite, the Toyota 4Runner offers rugged looks and off-road capability in the TRD and Off-Road trims. While seating for 5 is standard, there is an option of a 3rd row on SR5, Limited and the Nightshade Special Editions to make seating for 7. Notable features available of the 4Runner include; Rear Sliding Cargo Deck, Power Rear Glass (dog owners will appreciate this one!), Crawl Control for off-road, Hill-start Assist, up to 9.6 inches of ground clearance, 8" touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto compatibility.
Sequoia
A full-size SUV, the Toyota Sequoia offers roomy seating for up to 8 people with a middle row bench seat or 7 people with middle-row captain's chairs.
